The hotel smells wonderful throughout the lobby, the elevator banks, hotel floors and room. The scenery, the ambiance and the aroma is amazing. We were advised to park in Parking level B to prevent excessive walking and there is a direct path to the entrance of the hotel. Due to the high occupancy at this time of year our reserved room was sold out but Alisha, front desk reception, quickly handled the issue with an upgrade to Junior King Suite that was equipped with VIP status.
